The countdown for the Art Biennale 2015 – All the World’s Future – has started.

It will open on 9th May; the curator Okwiu Enzwor has called 136 artists including Steve McQueen, Philippe Parreno, Marlene Dumas, Jennifer Allora & Guillermo Calzadilla, Thomas Hirschhorn, Dora Garcia, Christian Boltanski and Carsten Holler.

Forty-four collateral events and 89 national participants can be discovered in the Pavilions at the Giardini, at the Arsenale, and in numerous historical places and unusual venues in the city.

Grenada, Mauritius, Mongolia, Republic of Mozambique and the Republic of Seychelles are here for the first time, all providing an extensive and multi-faceted geography of contemporary artistic production, which dialogues, accepts and is moulded by human, social and political realities.

The Big Feast of Art is ready to begin and will offer us a sparkling, lively Venice, always cosmopolitan, sensitive, cultured and open to the world.

It will be a wonderful experience and we will be there to share with you the best of it!
