“Osti in Orto” is the ambitious project by 13 Venetian restaurateurs who have started to cultivate vegetables, spices and other products in the island of Sant’Erasmo, by following the natural rhythm of the seasons. All raw materials which are used in their dishes. You will be welcomed by a Project leader and accompanied to visit the gardens, walking in the tranquility of the northern Venetian lagoon. To conclude a homemade aperitif: bread, wine, cheese with fresh samples of the garden’s products.

Place: S. Erasmo Island is easily accessible by waterbus – line 13 departing from Fondamenta Nove – or by water taxi
